The 6th Annual Humane Race will be run on Sunday, May 4, 2008.
The Humane Race is a 5K (3.11 miles) trail run, in Williamstown, Massachusetts.
We are one of the few events in the U.S. open to runners and their dogs! (You are welcome to run or walk with or without a dog.)
Registration opens at 8:00 AM | 1 Mile Fun Run at 9:30 AM | 5K/Dog Jog at 10 AM.
So far, we've raised over $25,000 to help support The Berkshire Humane Society.
(And we've given away over $17,000 worth of prizes to our participants!)
Directions: Simply fill in your address in the "From" field and press "Go" to get Google Directions to The Humane Race.
We run our race through the gorgeous fields & woods of Mt. Greylock Regional High School's cross-country course--in other words, we run over unpaved ground.
For those who don't care about finishing quickly, many participants simply jog or walk. This event is about having fun while helping the animals of Berkshire County!
